Construction of doi suthep temple started in 1386 and took a few years to build.
Doi Suthep temple is in the Doi Suthep national park which is home to over 330 species of native birds.
Wat Doi Suthep is approached by 300 STAIRS and the doi suthep mountain is more than 1000m above sea level.
